    PortMapper manages the home networking applications for all of the computers on your home network,connects multiple applications from the multiple PCs at the same time.PortMapper detects the port opened by the web based applications in your system and maps it to your home router you are connected with.
PortMapper makes it easy to open ports so that your programs and multi player games can "talk" on the Internet. It works with your Internet gateway, and is fully customizable, giving you complete control over the way programs communicate over your network. PortMapper is inherently more secure than manually opening and closing ports because it only opens the ports when needed.
With PortMapper running in your system you need not worry about how are you going to map the particular port to your router. This is achieved automatically as soon as you give a permission to map a particular opened port.
If an unwanted port is opened and you feel that may be you are being hacked then you can even block that port with the help of this product leaving your system safe from the outside world.
PortMapper supports the wireless connectivity and notifies you as and when you cross the range of the gateway. It even prompts you when ever there is some change in the gateway connectivity.
As an additional feature PortMapper sends us the router details if it is detected as an unsupported router .
