Account&See Invoicing, Accounting and Inventory Professional is your one-stop business finance solution. It creates, prints and e-Mails Invoices, recurring invoices, quotations, proformas etc. All documents can be saved as a PDF file, and PDF invoices are automatically attached to your e-Mailed invoices. A WYSIWYG Invoice Layout editor allows you to create the invoice design that suits your business. The Purchase ledger module tracks supplier invoices. See instantly how much money you owe, how much you are owed and a Trading and Profit and Loss Account is available within the Nominal Ledger Section. The Inventory and Stock Control module creates Purchase Orders and warns of low stock levels. Sales tax accounting for up to two different sales tax systems shows tax due on sales and tax owed on purchases. Bar code scanners are supported, and barcodes can be printed in addition to the comprehensive accounting facilities, Account&See comes complete with appointment calendars, a project timing and costing module, mailing labels, envelope printing, bulk e-mail and/or print mailshot facilities and an extensive array of reporting and sales-break down facilities. Improving your cashflow is achieved with the integrated, editable, progressively sterner debt collection letters, plus a fourth court action form and e-Mailed invoices allow your customers to pay instantly via an optional one-click PayPal button. There are many, many features designed to make your invoicing and accounting tasks easier - Matrix Prices allow you to sell the same goods at different prices, automatic dual priced products allow you to sell the same goods at different prices dependant upon the net invoice value (such as free carriage over $50), assembly products, Quick Pay invoice numbers, Quick Enter purchase invoices to name just a few.
