With the right console program you can basically convert any file to whatever format you want as long as you have the right console program.
This program also includes a demo version of Rosoft MP3 Encoder PlugIn that includes "MPEG Layer-3 audio coding technology licensed from Fraunhofer IIS and Thomson".
