The utility can also initiate a phone call and enable or disable the fixed dialling features. The Sapphire Sim Function Library makes SIM card management easy with features such as Making a phone call, Adding, Updating and Deleteing a contacts to the SIM card and Enabling or disabling fixed dialling amongst other. Royalty Free Licence. When you purchase a developer?s licence, you are free to use the DLL in any number of your projects and deploy it to all the devices to your clients.
